Document integration with processes in BPM

All documents that are scanned or loaded from BPM are stored in the ECM, as ECM is the central documents repository and controls the entire content cycle.

BPM works in a fully integrated way with ECM utilizing and synchronizing the content of ongoing cases.

Documents can be easily viewed from the ECM interface with all available advanced search features, even if the user does not participate in any workflow step.

This is advantageous because the user can reuse content for other processes or other activities that require that information. Content can also be incremented regardless of whether or not the process has been ended.

The document is not tied to a case, is not necessary to find the case to find the content. Actually, it's the opposite, it remains linked to the process, but can be retrieved using all ECM search features, allowing the company to have a platform that uses content intelligently and efficiently.

Advanced search

Find archived documents using attributes, index filter combinations, or find in the folder.

The search by folder lets you find the document by name, created date, updated date, and user who created it.

The indexing search allows you to use the data from files/templates to retrieve the content quickly, allowing you to find a group of documents or a specific document.

The data search uses all documents and files attributes including: formats, files/templates, creation date, folder name, user who created, and other ways to find documents and it will display more data if entered into the filter field, it is a very complete search.
